We’ve found that every business we work with has specific recruitment needs. For some, we work with them as a traditional recruitment agency - but with fees as low as 8%. For others, we work with them as their in-house recruitment team on a retainer basis - which can be more cost effective. For those recruiting to HR vacancies, we (uniquely) offer immediate support to address urgent needs, while at the same time sourcing their permanent appointment.
